After a week of "snow days", he's not so sure if he wanted to be doing school, and therapy today. He fell asleep during school, while his teacher was reading Curious George. She quietly said goodbye, and hoped he would be more awake on Wednesday!
Then was time for physical therapy, which he hasn't had for a couple of weeks.
'A' for effort...

Oh boy...it's definitely a Monday...

Poor little guy, did he fall asleep in his stander, or was he just resting for a moment...Mondays...I feel the same way Max does!
Boy, oh boy, it's hard to choose one for the fridge this week! I love the attitude!
He was sleeping while his PT and I were discussing proper positioning. He was showing us it didn't matter how we positioned him...if he wants to sleep, he is going to sleep!
The thing these photos don't capture, is how hard he worked in school and therapy. Even though he was so tired, he still put in an effort.
love the sleepy pics, Mondays are like that.
That is too funny! Jack has fallen asleep in his stander too! Jack's new thing is if closes his eyes then the world goes away. He always does this when his PT and speech therapist are here.
It took years for MAx to stay awake through therapy. He would close his eyes and "be asleep" until we got to the car, or the therapists would leave. He usually can stay awake now, and work hard through it, but today was just a little more than he wanted to stay awake for.
I have heard of kids (and adults) falling asleep in their stander, but never saw evidence! Happy to see Max healthy and standing. I love that he was sleeping while you guys were talking grown-up stuff... Keep up the good work at school Max!
Jackie, I thought you would especially get a kick out of the picture. I put several more up on the flickr account, and tagged you in one of them. I'll go back through in a bit and tag more.
those pics are great Deanna! Would it be OK if I used one in a blog post? The snoozing one may be fun for a Wordless Wednesday... :) (even though it was a Monday)
Sure Jackie!
