Body Sock...
Max loves the feeling of a whole body hug, without being touched. How's that for a unique situation to find a solution for? Enter the body sock. It's a large piece of lycra fabric that fits around his whole body and he can push against and get immediate input.
He kicks and rolls around in it, but eventually wears out and falls asleep in it. We use it for him when he's feeling out of sorts and needs to feel calmed down. He's been getting a daily turn since we got it last week, and loves it!

We got one of these two months and months ago, and I haven't thought to put Sophie in it in bed! I might try it.
I can't leave Max in it for too long because he gets hot in it, and he'll try to roll over or stick his head inside of it to hide. But he loves it to play in and always falls asleep for a bit while in it.
