I came to his page to see where I left off with birthday reporting. It's been a hazy few days!
I'll just post the pictures. It was a good birthday, and we're so proud of our big 9 year old boy!
Here's the birthday boy...
In costume, ready to chat with his classmates, who read pumpkin stories and sang him a Happy Birthday song!
His teacher even dressed up as Robin to his Batman...
One more picture before I took the mask off...he was not a fan of the mask with his glasses on.
Max's pumpkin pie...
Max had music and school too on his birthday. But, started to feel a little tired towards the end, so was laying down when his big sis got home from school. She immediately needed to give birthday hugs.
This old lady stopped by to hand out candies...but only handed out a few pieces because Max was more interested in being with Momma than the old witch being outside.
And our first Trick-or-Treater came too.
She used the witchy broom more than I did.
Time to sing Happy Birthday...
And blow out the candles...
Hip Hip Hooray! Max is 9 years old!
