Let's take a trip down memory lane, shall we?
Sixth grade...I went back to look for his picture of the first day of school last year and didn't have one. To cut myself some slack, that was just a couple of weeks after mom passed away, so while I didn't get it up on the blog, I did snap a photo of it. This picture pretty much sums up what 6th grade ended up being for Max.
Seventh grade...We have a 7th GRADER!!!
And totally not feeling the end of summer break!
He was ready for his teacher to get here.
He had a message for her as soon as she walked in.
She had a little sign for him to hold. He put on a show for the Mommarazzi...
And then it was time for him to tell Mrs. B. all about his trip to the ocean. He told me to play the videos for her. This was his face watching his videos.
He called his van the bus. And what was bestseller? Surfing of course!
He made sure to point out Abbey was in the pictures too.
He told him "Mt. Olympus Zeus Gods of this". ( I had to google to see if he was right, he knows more than I do.) After that he was exploring the different words Robby had put on there for him. He should be getting his new talker next week and the words won't be so microscopic....for me. He doesn't care because he doesn't see the words, he listens to the words and memorizes their location. I may just need glasses.
He's now chilling in his room listening to his sweet tunes, singing along. We are so hopeful for a better year this year.
Seventh grade......blink, blink.
It's hard to believe that that little squirt has grown up so fast into such a handsome young man. I love hearing about Max's learning and am always so impressed by his enthusiasm and progress.
Haha! Mommarazzi! I laughed so hard! Here's hoping 7th grade knocks 6th out of the water!
